The workshop has been little quiet but still active (understandable since the game is very much in it's first phase.) I believe that people should be more incentivized to create voicelines, scenarios or random encounter so i say.
Example : - Spawns a singular raider who wields a rifle staying inside a random house, > incoming transmission <
"Help me! Please! I'm in danger!
-> Where are you?
"I'm at *Location* , please send someone to help, i'm star- the infected are trying to get in!"
-> You're starving?! Wait, can you specify what you mean by that?
"H-Hurry! We got no time, they're trying to get in!"
-> I don't know if i could trust you.

It basically makes it a lot more dynamic and has a lot more... well, situations.
