I would like it if workers could keep working at night if they are inside a protected/walled compound.

will not work soon with the exhaustion. so makes no sense then.

the game does not work with the light of the moon.
you can not work there

well but an "emergency shift" would be nice.
it really urks me when a building is at 98% and they go home

exhaustion for scavangers would be a thing thought
