Quake 3/2/UT2004 mods Weapons Mods. How do I get them for Steam Postal 2?

So, I saw some weapon mods around about those games. Mostly can't be found on standalone and some are in packs.
I want them but I don't even know how to do exactly. Tutorials are a bit scarce.

This video has a pack with a ♥♥♥♥ ton of weapons but it is outdated and buggy as ♥♥♥♥. Here he has some Q3 and Unreal weapons(that somehow doesn't work like in the video).
Anyone can help me with it?
