Mod Suggestion: Art the Clown in Postal 2
With the weird and zanny ways that you can kill NPCs in Postal 2, and the over the top murders in the Terrifier movies paired with Art the Clown's goofy charisma, I'm surprised nobody has had the idea to mod the chap into Postal 2.
