If the developers of the MechWarrior Franchise want to do something memorable and get the near-instantaneous gratitude of the MechWarrior gaming community, bring MechWarrior 3, MechWarrior 3 : Pirate's Moon, MechWarrior 4 : Vengeance, MechWarrior 4 : Mercenaries, and the Inner Sphere And Clan Packs to Steam. Bug-free. And re-coded/updated for modern PC's.

PGI is just licencing Mechwarrior titles. MW2, MW3, MW4 were all done by different companies.
If you look around there are Discord servers to help with getting MW2 and MW3 running on current system.
The MW3 group even fix the High FPS bug in the mw3 game this last year.

If we're going for updating the old titles, if someone could get a working, updated version of the old MPBT EGA game, that would be fantastic.
The OG GEnie version, not the newer AOL or Solaris crap versions.
