Dev Tools Mod

I used a mod and it was amazing while it still existed but oddly it was deleted.. Does anyone know why? I have a prison with the mod still activated luckily but what happened?

Ya it's not avalible for me anymore to. I think it's just no longer compatible. I wish it was. I twas such a good mod.

Luckily, I got a dropbox link for the mod and it works perfectly.

You have to manually install it. go into the game, press options, click open file location (or something) Then it will open the file explorer, click mods download dropbox and it is zipped. open the zip, then drag the folder into mods and you are done, keep it as the number name because that is it's ID it starts with 4960. If you need me to explain it more just tell me.
