How do I edit prisoner behaviors?
How do I mod prisoner behaviors and reactions to certain events or statuses?

Or specifically what I want to do is adjust the suppression provided by guard towers/armed guards and create more variants of these 2 with different behaviors. I have a fair bit of experience with lua modding, but am having trouble navigating the game files.
