In Game Cursor Mod?
The controls for this game are not the best, which is no secret. But this issue is only further exacerbated by poor/non existent In Game Cursor, as your orientation is often difficult to discern.

The cursor needs to be more obvious and ALWAYS present.

Is there a mod for this? I didn't see anything in the workshop

Steam version is dead. Mods do not work anyway.
Fans are making the Communuty Project, there might be some mods like this.
