Hello! ive come to help! heres how i get mods!

step 1: find cool mod
step 2: copy link
step 3: theres a website called : "steamworkshopdownloader.io" and remember to put https:// at the start of it! just put the workshop link into it
step 4: dowload file
step 5: browse local files for cortex command
step 6: put files just into the main thing and i mean litterly inside of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ main folder where cortex command.exe is
step 7: feel good about yourself for adding mods without haveing steam workshop do it for you!

i hope it works for you too btw i use a diffrent version for full screen the CCOSS version idk why it just does
