Select Bros?
Has anyone made a mod that allows players to selct which bro(s) they want to to play and mirrors the default campaign?

Not as far as i know. It would be possible, but only with a ugly array of switches on the beginning of each level. Even in that case selection would only last until your next death (or forever with imense trigger use) and you *might* not be able to make it player specific (problems with multiple players)
