Does hell still need to be added to the Level editor?

I dunno if it still needs added cus i can't see it.

Download the tool, decompress the level file.
And edit the theme by hand, naming it "Hell".
Compress.
Profit :D

afaik, hell should be added (although janky) in the next update.
