It would be greatly useful if the game had an API for modders to send their configurations so they can be changed in-game. The configurations could be either settings you open with a button next to the mod in the most list, or maybe have the settings panel have a "Mod configurations" link to a page with all mod currently enabled, listed under the name of each mod.
