Could be modded of course if thats something you are desperate for.
Im responding to this especially as in future we need to ensure dynamic relations.
Nothing wrong with modding it out i suppose.... or just dont use vassals if you dont want the negatives with the positives.
Well in a matter of fact, its a game braker for relations.
Also, notice than in previous TW games vassals aka (puppets) ,
didnt use to have that feature...

proof of how broken it is, my vassal declaring war on my other...
in real history vassals always had a right to have private war even inside of a realm
