'empty' subscribed mod?

Just installed the Autumn Update,
But din't get further than the ingame mod browser(yet).
Several blank mods, just purple screens show up in the subscribed list.
Any idea what they are?

I have a suspicion that these are required mods that are no longer on the steam workshop cloud
