Trash

This is so aggravating! I continue to have trash issues! My water waste pipe is emptying away from the city and is positioned away from the rest of the water facilities. Everything is hooked up via pipes, electricity, water, etc. I have plenty of trash dumps and they're emptied frequently, I have an incinerator, I have a clarifier, recycling, and a water treatment building. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO???

WHY CAN'T I PLAY SANDBOX STYLE THE WAY I USED TO??

1) Water has nothing to do with trash.

2) It sounds like you're either having traffic flow issues, or you haven't built enough garbage facilities to meet your city's demands. Screenshots would be helpful.

3) You should be posting this in the general discussions so you'll get more help.
