Any mods to increase crew size

I have always wanted a bigger crew size for single player and the size of 16 is ok but I use MASSIVE ships and it is hard to take care of with limited crew. If there is any crew increase mods than it would be amazing

With massive ships and crew size comes massive single core performance requirements. I hope you find the mod you're looking for, but I suspect it's not high on most modder's priority list considering that big ships and more crew are two major factors that contribute to slow game performance on most systems.
