Navigate to your multiplayer save, it should be located in
Users\...........\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\Multiplayer
Take a .save file, make a backup and upload it to the save editor page.
Your money can be set in "Current Money" graph.
You can also remove the sub you didn't like in "Owned Submarines" tab.
This editor also alows you to upload any .sub (submarine) file in your current save, that will make it available for selection; you just need to locate it inside your steam downloads folder:
Users\...........\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\WorkshopMods
...and move onto the editor window while your savegame file is opened.
IMPORTANT - I highly suggest you NOT edit Difficulty setting, it will spoil your game save by setting this difficulty to all level passages on the map (will be no progression).
Hope that helps, smooth sailing.
