A mod that can change points available to create empires?

I am asking if someone can create this mod. My friends and I would like to see a mod that takes whatever faction has the highest default points value and set that as the limit for all faction traits.

No more 130/80 factions. Instead all will be 100/100 or 130/130,etc. And if it is possible to remove the default faction abilities for all factions and add those as a selectable traits for everyone. Really just want lots of customizability on the faction screen.

It is very easy to change points available to create empires and I will upload a mod shortly to answer your request.
Making the affinities available as independent traits is a bit trickier.
I will see what I can do on my spare time to improve this mod in question.

thanks for the reply. The only affinity I can see as implausible to do is the cultist one that allows the level 3 boroughs. This means that if they don't still have the level 3 assets from the early access in the files somewhere for the other factions there will be no assets for this. Thanks for the mod upload!
