Stop using useless addons such as "Early access" characters. Head to the Extras>add-ons>disable any add-ons related with characters.

You can simply not use these mods until workshop is fixed and authors fix their mods.

I mean, it seems like it's been this why for a while, so do you really think its just going to get fixed, it seems to be for every weapon skin i've tryed so far.

The problem is the workshop tool broke (on 2nd June) around the time they came out with an update fixing female hand bones for holding weapons (13 June I believe). This meant the workshop weapon models were incompatible and couldn't bind etc. so they just attach to the base of the character. However the fix can't be done because even if they fix it, they can't upload it to the workshop as the tool is broken. A workaround would be editing the workshop page to include a link to a google drive/dropbox upload link, but it seems the workshop is going to be fixed soon anyway.
