Need help with a faction

Can someone make a faction file for the Tau empire mod? It's my favourite faction but because it lacks that .rte faction file or whatever it can't be used with unmapped lands 2 or void wanderers. The game also crashes if you pick it as your faction instead of all.

Engineer TF2 has Cortex Command

You chould create your own file using another faction file as a base but i'm not sure what whould need to be edited

Tried, couldnt get it to work... I know its about 5 minutes of work if you know what youre doing, thats why I asked here.
