Misplaced ground textures.
I've installed a few basic mods, and aside from one having a missing texture, all are reported to work correctly and are typically minor UI tweaks or minor texture replacements. I've been getting some texture issues in CIV BE.

I have the complete edition: so all DLC are isntalled.

Even with all mods deactivated this occurs, and I am unsure why. All files have been validated, my GPU drivers are up to date and all mods have been checked to work with Rising Tide, as far as I know, the issue is this.

When the map loads and I make planet fall, the ground textures fail to match up with what is listed in the info top right of screen, and with the map. Also all of my units appear BELOW the ground texture layer and cannot be seen, however the icons are still there. Upon planetfall my base passes straight through the ground textures as though they have been placed too high above the models. Has anyone else had this issue, and are there any knows fixes? Again this happened with NO mods activated as well as with.

Mods used (it's a short list):

Colorful tech Web (disbaled due to mssing texture)
LArger ultiamte units
UI:Notification for units nearing death in Miasma
Previous route in red
Simple clock
Visually distinctive terrains Lush biome, Arid Biome and Fungal biome
Immersive armies

That's caused by lua-Errors. Play a game with mods, then close the game and go to:

Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\Logs

...and open Lua.log with a text-editor. Then search for Errors, the path in the error-messages will indicate which mod causes the problems. Will probably be UI:Notification for units nearing death in Miasma or Previous route in red
