Warhammer 40K mod idea
Hello all!

I was thinking of ideas for a 40K mod for BE. I couldn't even begin to imagine the amount of work that it would require, but dreaming is free and painless for the most part.

Planetfall, everyone's human to start out with, but over the course of the game you can choose your three paths. For this mod they would be Chaos, Space Marines and Adeptus Mechanicus. The changes would slowly appear in game much like it does now, updated units and so forth.

That's the shell of an idea. Discuss, abuse, breakdown or expand.

Hope people find this remotely interesting. :D

hi it sounds interesting.

i guess one way to start out could be to try and map out how the 40k elements could fit in with the different existing categories of elements in the vanilla game, and then trying a text or gfx visual change only at first..

eg, maybe the miasma is simply transformed into "the warp"
and it boosts wizards and psykers in various ways :)
