Hidden Objects
I saw some levels with objects that you can't find in the library (e.g. GZMedAlarm, QuarantineTrigger).
How can you create/find those objects? And I mean, there is a teleporter with ambient trigger, but where is the ambient trigger? I don't want to use that teleporter all the time ^^ Just as an example.

I'm not the most knowledgeable about the editor stuff, but I do know that the hidden objects are obtained by opening one of the official maps, finding the object, ctrl+c, open your map, ctrl+v. Otherwise, the object is only available in the "dev mode" where all the unfinished objects are stored. There are ways to access these dev objects, but it's highly recommended that you don't do so because those objects are still being worked on.
I don't think there is a solo ambient trigger.

As of a recent update, the AmbientChangeTrigger (within a teleporter or otherwise) has been deprecated in favor of the new "biodome" system, which involves the Biodome object found in the Decorations folder. More details can be found here (scroll down to the changelog).
