Is there a mod to make Nova Carthago playable?
Would like to do a run through as Nova Carthago in DEI. However, it seems to be the only minor faction that has no existing mod to unlock it? The "unlock all minor faction" mod for DEI somehow does not unlock Nova Carthago. :(
