ladder sound effects
I've posted about this awhile ago but it never really picked up, it's always been super disappointing climbing ladders and having it be completely silent especially with how detailed everything else is in the game, I've always thought the "half life 2" ladder sounds effects would fit in perfectly with the world of l4d but I'm no modder so I've come here to post this to see if anyone would be intrigued to try and implement it into the game

And may I suggest the “half life 2” ladder sounds? I’m pretty sure YouTube has stock sounds

The thing is that you are very limited.
You cannot read the material of the ladder unless its a dynamic model.
Since this is rarely the case you gotta stick with one kind of sound.

There’s four ladder.wav’s, I’m assuming you would combine all four to make it a complete sound?

funny enough L4D2 got ladder sounds in the directory...
Imma finish up the addon when i got time.
Its so strange that taking the sound from the directory it almost feels L4D2
always had ladder sounds xD
