How do I put up a workshop game?

click the dropdown menu that says "Target:" and choose the Steam Workshop platform.

click the "create executable" button that exports the game, and then enter the game's information.

then click publish after entering game information.

the button where you compile your game (a window icon with an upwards arrow)

when i click create .i close gm:s and sync...and.... nothing happens. ... :/ help ?
