Here's an idea:
The game takes place in a world on a planet (maybe Earth) where there are more races than humans and animals. In the game, the 'new' race(s) and the human race don't get along (You decide why and how serious the conflict is). And the storyline of the game can begin with a normal human / normal [New Race Character] just living in this strange society, but something happens one day that kickstarts an adventure.
