Modlauncher steam api failure, Moduploader steam client failure fix
Temp fix is to create a steam_appid.txt file in the game folder, next to the soma.exe. Open it and enter 282140 save the file.

This should fix so that the modlauncher does not complain about the steam api and that the moduploader works without complaining steam is not running.

Make sure you all run the Mod Launcher with Admin rights or you will still get the same error.
