Operation Hellstrike campaign

Hey guys I finally got my campaign uploaded, had to break it into two separate parts because the level editor had a memory issue. I don't know exactly, but I estimate I spent about 120 hours making this campaign, Operation Hellstrike.

Operation Hellstrike is a detailed and challenging Broforce campaign that includes 20 levels. Since the Broforce level editor had problems handling a campaign this large, the campaign had to be broken up into two parts.

Part One features an assault on Redwolf Base and escape with a timed self-destruct sequence, the labyrinthine and challenging Blackgate Fortress, and Murder Mountain where you descend vertically and get max kills to win!

Part Two features challenging defense missions against hordes of aliens, and the grand finale Hellscape Tower which is a chaotic climb of death and mayhem!

FEATURES:

Bro Progression - start with 5 bros and unlock an additional 2 bros each level
Story Elements - text and dialog on signs, decor objects for story atmosphere
Mission Types - various level designs including racing levels, boss arenas, timed defense survival
Total play time for campaign: 2-4 hours

Here's the first review! I don't know this guy IRL, we met randomly playing Broforce online and then I emailed him the levels to test before I published.

The most polished and lengthy custom level in Broforce exsistance.
Must play for everyone who wants to prove themself as a battle-forged Bro.

We may never see another custom campaign top such a high-calibre ever again. Thanks for raising the bar and showing what's possible with free time and a Broforce level editor.

May be too intense for multiplayer, but that's where the men are seperated from the boys.

Not the longest or most polished though, mine is longer and I'd say more polished.

yea sorry to say this but they need some work! if new player play this its a auto thumbs down! take it from me... i have well over 500 hours in broforce and its hard for me! to much steel, baddies, bosses... random drops to your death and bosses getting stuck is the killer for me in your levels! i had to restart levels many times cause a boss got stuck above me without a way of gettin them down... try some of my levels and others with high reviews for some good ideas and give your levels some rework.

Yeah it's supposed to be hard. Some levels you will need to replay a few times to refine your strategy and beat it.

The Dolph Lundgren boss will jump up and to the right on some levels. You can always climb up to where he is and shoot him down. You never need to restart any level in the campaign if you're playing it correctly.

Thanks for the feedback, I guess we have different ideas of what's fun in a campaign :)

bro i know how to play the game and how to climb back up but when u have tons of explosions going off there is nothing left to climb back up...

Myself and two other people have beaten the campaign without ever having to restart on a boss fight, so...

im sure its 1000 times easier with 3 people...im not saying your levels are bad they just need some minor tweeks...you start a discussion about help with your levels and some imput after its uploaded and thats all im doing...next time ill just stay away from giving any help if asked by others...all it does is upset them when they are shown some flaws!! but hey what would i know its not just my friends commenting on my levels giving it 10/10...like yours... the broforce devs have played my levels and commented!!
