I have an idea for a new sponsor (and leader lol) for Beyond Earth.

I would like to see Suzanne Warren from the Netflix original series Orange is the New Black as the leader of the "Human-Alien Coalition". The HAC could be a group that specializes in mending relations between humans and hostile aliens and who's cultural activities include pie throwing competitions and reading periodic publications of Warren's own Time Humper chronicles famous throughout the Pleasure District.

Ability: Trial by Lovemaking (convert defeated aliens to the civilization)
Colonist: Publicists (+3 culture and +2 health in each city)
Spacecraft: Time Humper (reveals 1 starting tech upon founding a city)
Cargo: Pie? (+2 food in each city.)

If any modders want to take up this request please let me know. I am aware that this mod may may need to fit more smoothly into the post-mistake illusion so I am willing to accept new ideas and make changes if necessary.
