If you asking for a total conversion mod then it would be silly to be asking for volunteers, instead you would need to start hiring.
*edit* Also its irresponsible to just ask people to fufill a simple wish you have. Entitling yourself to others peoples work is not very socially acceptable. If you are keen to help get a mod going you need to show you are willing to put some effort in yourself rather then just ride on the coattails of others. Make some design documents, detail your concept with how the star trek faction will work, the pros and cons of what builds the faction can take. You might attact more interest if you approach others with a sense of equality.
Im not asking for total conversion that would be rediculous. Im not entitling myself either, if there is interest, great, if there isn't, oh well.
