If the map name is "foo" then the map file is "foo.bytes" and the thumbnail is "foo.bytes.png" - just paste the mp3 you want and name it "foo.bytes.mp3"
And that's what i hate about how copyright works atm, creating edm is almost second nature to me and i'm really really willing to accompany some of my workshop items with awesome free quality music, made almost on the fly.
But of course theoretically distance would have to verify that my music was indeed "legit" as free music, and that not even 5 seconds of it sounds like something that already exists, so no one get's into trouble when it may get popular, and someone big decides he is losing money on those 5 seconds.
If it ever would be implemented, i hope you guys will use soundcloud (if it even exists anymore at that time), or something similar to at least get around the legal stuff.

LOL, but yeah... that is kind of how i got it to work! except that in distance you don't have to bump into stuff :P
just imagine that on a regular sprint, where every route is also a different tune (and of course TB route gets the worst noises and no "kill all voices" triggers).
