Elevator
I built a lot of stuff with the pop-up-blockers now, but I kinda don't know how to build this. Maybe someone can help me:

I want to build an elevator. It works, but the problem is that I want it to be a few seconds after the spawnpoint but when you potentially crash at the elevator and drive to it again you can't get on the elevator, because the pop-up is still in the process of going down (it has no "decay" time that you can set, like the shard for example)..

Don't know if anyone got that xD
I kinda have already an idea how to get around this, but it isn't really a solution

However, don't forget multiplayer mechanics. Popups stay up when multiple players are near them, so it might make your map unplayable in multiplayer.

Yes, my elevator works the same.. and I guess he has the same problem in multiplayer.

And the problem is that you can't decide in which direction it will trigger. So a player has to be far away for it to reset..

But the elevator in my map is like 3 seconds after the start and you just have to boost straight, I mean it is unlikely that someone gets stuck, but it will happen :-(

I think I will leave it like that. The elevator is relatively short and you have to wait like 3 seconds for the elevator, so there are enough chances to get on it. And if you are stuck you just have to reset and it will work.

you could teleport someone to the elevator, and somehow make it look as much like teleporting never happened, it doesn't directly solve the problem but does allow you to use a faster barrier, wich will also recover faster.... though that may turn your elevator in a launch pad

You could put a checkpoint at the elevator's 'top' position, that gets triggered at the bottom of the elevator. Sure, some people might try to kill themselves to teleport to the top, but if they have to respawn for other reasons they won't be stuck.
