Hope this works; you go in your RPGMaker editor, in Manage project and you click onthe project you want to play and or see appears and it'll refresh your list!
Got me on edge one year! We have to know that one up. Oh... if you want yourself to use the Workshop safely, do not subscribe to your own project, opt out of beta, disable the cloud and anything that would like to automate your saves on-line. You better do it manually in the RPGMaker Vx Ace manager menu eighter to refresh your cloud if you want to use it or the workshop and/or... the workshop itself!
I kinda learned the hard way... lots of us with no external copies did too. I always keep clone copies that are renamed A, B, C, on my computer, on web drives and on USB sticks! Helps to prevent access of rage when the cloud revert back to last save from 2 weeks or months ago your work and decides to apply it to virtually EVERY single file version you open on your computer!
