Mod request - No restriction on building placement

Can someone make a mod that disables building placement restriction, kind of what Anarchy mod does on Cities Skylines, lets you place buildings wherever you want, even if there is another building, decor, rock, or anything close. Maybe even remove the "this terrain is not feasible" thing.

Yes I've been wanting this mod added ever since I started playing. It's very frustrating at times when a single small building is blocking a big area for the rest of the settlement. This and the "terrain is not feasible" thingy drive me nuts. Please!!

The problem with this is how the world is created. I managed to build right near an incline and that ground incline shows up in the building making part of it inaccessible. I think someone was trying a work-around by making a "Platform" mod where you build a platform and then put your building on top of that but they have made little progress so its buggy.
