Playing cooperatively with mods installed

Hi, I have been thinking about installing some mods before I play the campain, but before I do so, I wonder about playing coop with mods intalled. The people I play with will need to have the exact same list of mods installed? I have a different weapon textures of something, that person needs to have it too?

Only if the mods in question change gameplay somehow. So if it's a weapon skin that doesn't change the weapon's stats, then it will be okay. But if it's also changing the weapon's stats, then they will need that mod as well.
