I'd like to point out though that alpha/beta/pre-release games are usually plentiful and nothing of particular interest to most people. Unless it looks really awesome and apart from the rest, that is. (And I mean massively apart.)
And that is true that a sticky of the site that does how to start-up publishing/market/get a name as an access to gaming industry or where to host it safely could be welcomed.
(fortunally I am still at the stage of... "Uh multiple page event? WHY?" and "SH*T! I made my game in my native French and all the interface is English and the RPGMaker community is English too!" :P)
Yes. You can find groups to help with almost anything. That is the best thing about the steam community. Give it a go man! Good luck & Stay Frosty.
