How do I play my downloaded DLC maps?

I have downloaded a few pre-made maps from the steam workshop, but how the heck do I play them?

Make sure to check the FAQ! You need to have Manage Projects Open and let it download.

I am also looking to try out other peoples games to see how fun this whole tihng can be have purchased today but have no idea how to actully open and play other peoples content games
