The Explorer Treadmill bug... modable?
Is it possible to fix the Explorer Treadmill animation loop bug through a mod? It's pretty shameful that Firaxis hasn't fixed it yet, since it's been reported since release. And frankly, I'm tired of encountering it.

Is it possible?
