How can I make an workshop mod? (item)
I would like to make a pickupable item which is not a weapon. How can I make it?
- What programmes do I need? (For example I know blender 2.79)
- What sources I need? (such as game files)
- How can I upload it to workshop?
- How can I test it?
- What programming langauge should I need to learn?
