Can someone explain the meaning of "targeter" and "requisite" in the editor?
My brain doesn't want to wrap around their specific meanings in this context. My best definition would be something like a targeter links to a dependent resource in the .rpk, and a requisite is... some kind of property or trait that is required for the event(?) to take effect. I'm not too sure what "event" means either.

If someone could explain like I'm 5, that would be much appreciated.

Something the mod guide explains.

Simple: Resquite is a filter similar as a property but more global. Human resquites is certainly meant for the whole race for example while something like property could be something temporary filtered like unit being summoned or trapped in a net.

The ability cull the weak is targeting units trapped in net for extra damage for example thus needing the "trapped in net" property to target it. While Human resquites is needed for the "Human Slayer" ability to function.

Targeter is essentially what a skill or ability is needed to have an effect for.

Most skills has an logical set of order whether it is a strategical, tactical or global one.

It's usually Ability/Spell - Targeter - Effect

How this is easiest acknowledged is to look for something you like in game. Check it in Aow_Unitproperties.rpk or Aow_Spelltest.rpk

Look how its set up and if create something new copy something and just tweak values to learn from it by setting it up exactly or similar to how it originally was.

Cheers
Yeah, I need to review the mod guide several more times. It makes more sense little by little every time I refer to it. However, seeing the same subjects explained in a different way helps a ton with getting my brain to understand it, so thanks!
