i don't recommend taking out the audio files as it could cause MANY problems, And since theres a audio category in options in the menu. If that don't work, then i don't know honestly. Maybe just deal with it i guess.

OR you could download a cheat mod where you can instantly build things, but i don't recommend it if you want to legitimately build a prison.

i managed to solve it myself and no it infact does not break the game. all i did was replace the pointers of sounds and music to non existing pointers, the game is now much more my style.... only things i need to find still are the annoying sounds when you place items down or click on something, including this "pencile" dragging sound with pulling walls and such, the sounds are just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying even more so if they keep playing while your game is frozen for 30 seconds.. then the sounds are really annoying.. :)

in short: i want to hear prison sounds, like prisoners, guards and objects, but i wish to ELIMINATE the building & Click Sounds! there is just absolutely no need for those stupid sounds and i dont get why they never thought about options to turn UI Sounds off to begin with........

If you like hearing sounds, may I suggest this mod? It adds sounds to over 100 objects, such as sounds for opening the new doors, or sounds for the ambulance. I am still updating it, so feel free to suggest changes to it.
