Is there a mod in the workshop that allows me to sell the properties I build to NPCs?

I would like my base to have more NPC's living there, is there any way to make them become residents or any mod that allows me to sell them a property inside my base?

Unfortunately we cannot add new features to the game, so that does not exist. The only way to get a player owned town with NPC residents is to use a mod and conquer NPC towns, like this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1759401783

Just pointing out in case you miss the fine print, Take Over the World removes the NPCs when you take over a town and just gives you ownership of the entire town as if you had built it. Vassalize Over the World leaves the NPCs and lets you collect taxes from them.
