Translations are allowed, but they should not contain any actual contents, such as mesh models, textures or animations. Unfortunately we cannot do much except flag them as unauthorized reuploads to Steam.

In my case, they mainly consist of changes made in the FCS alone, like dialogue and campaigns. As I said, I'm okay with someone making a translation of it, but I think it should be done as an addon instead of reuploading it without permission.
I've seen one reuploader in particular who has multiple pages' worth of reuploaded addons, including a ton where they took others' custom models and other features. Presumably all without permission, since they didn't get mine either.

That is unfortunately very common. Internet is still a wild west. All we can do is to report.
