cargo trains

Hi :)
I don't know for whom it's this question exactly, but a lot of creators had created a lot of beautiful trains which I've been using in my city.
The problem and the question is about number of wagons in each cargo train.
Is there any possibility to establish/determine/arrange the details of number of cargo train wagons from the game level?
Now the number of wagons in each cargo train is generating by some special details from creators asset(s), however sometimes this cargo trains are so/too long for my cargo stations.
I would like to reduce the number of wagons but I don't know how.
Maybe the trick is very easy or I need only some mod.
Could you help me?

I have never gotten a long train, except by using modded trains.

If you find a train that you want to use, just use the asset editor to modify it to your liking and then save it to your workshop page.
