i seen stationary lights in the sky

what do or did they look like i need more information so i can get the build it right i like it to be perfect

its was in the sky by night top over me at a short distance
just seen lights
at first i tought with aerial baloony because quiet soundless and static but after some time its gone
fro mwhat i know balony are not autorised over denser city except if its governemental camera maybe
i got no visula except the light as poition light but since its gone im not sure because they canot stop their position light over a city excepted if its a stealth spy maybe not i dont know

What formation were the lights in was it a triangle or oval or what

if i tought it was ufo is because an incoherency in the move speed and acceleration
it not matched something logic soundless

and their was less light number despit i can remind how many
maybe their was a patern but seen under a isometric angle
for exemple seeing only a zeplin lights seen under and side rear

You know, if you shake and old digital camera around very fast at a street light, you can kinda see a UFO moving at high speeds.

its not just a visual illusion
its about unknow flying object
i seen a flying objet in the sky
canot imagine another possiblity than flying if its in the sky
and as i mentioned i found not existing vehciule that can have a static soundless stance and second later gone
maybe it was just a zeplin that shuted off his lights but i guess excepted secret experimentation its not alowed to shut off light over a city
in this city we had a research and developement pole and a dozen year later their was info about surveilance zeplin over paris

The mothership UFO from "Close encounters of the third kind" would be neat cuz its big and colourful but there's not many pictures of it tho
