Lost vmap files

Needing help please, I had to wipe my computer so I saved my addon folder with the map im working on in to another drive, when I tried to put it back all my vmap saves are missing. The vpk and los files with the same name are there. Is there anyway of bringing up my build with these files?

Looking through my files I saved the folder "hlvr_addons" from steamapps/common/halflife alyx/content, so I saved the right folder because steamapps/common/halflife alyx/game has no maps folder in it.

I think you might have copied the game folder instead of the content folder. The .vpk file is the compiled form of the map.

It is possible to open parts of it with VRF and export the level geometry as a model, but there isn't any proper decompiler available.
