New Class - Monkey Monk
Totally Wukong coded. Totally missing from the Punches and Potions update.

  • Weapon: Fists OR Staff (Staff release TBD)
  • Role: Generalist
  • Range: Melee
  • Passive: Exertion - All attacks and actions aside from Iron Fist and Shaft of Compliance cost energy. Without sufficient energy, primary attack string is executed half as fast.
  • Staff:
  • Primary Attack: Eastern Wind - Three horizontal swipes are followed by two revolutions of spinning. Damage radius similar to Boomeranger's melee attacks.
  • Secondary Attack: Lock-Breaking Shaft - The monk's staff is held forwards. When the secondary attack button is released, his staff instantly extends, jabbing enemies from 2 to 5 blocks away. Victims take double damage for 5 seconds. Landing an attack this way restores energy.
  • Fists:
  • Primary Attack: Hands of Enlightenment - Three quick hooks from his fists, followed up by two powerful kicks. Alternates sides each time an attack string is made.
  • Secondary Attack: Iron Fist - Holds out a palm in front with the other hand curled into a fist, drawing itself backwards like a bow, charging up damage for up to 3 seconds. Victims in the middle of an attack cycle (before or after the attack) get stunned for half a second. Landing an attack or parry restores energy.
  • Primary Action: Warding Circle - Creates a cylindrical barrier on the ground that absorbs enemy projectiles and halves damage dealt by enemies inside. Additionally, enemies take damage over time as long as they are inside the circle.
  • Secondary Action: Beyond the Body - Summons two clones of himself, and becomes intangible until either clone dies, or 5 seconds, whichever comes earlier. While intangible, the monk is immune to damage and can still damage enemies. 20 second cooldown.
  • Dodge: Stagger Step - Rushes forwards with the body hanging backwards. Iron Fist and Shaft Lance can be used immediately afterwards at full charge. Jumping after this puts the monk into a handstand state before jumping at twice normal height.
