I need a hand. I'm lost, This file shouldn't be trying to be read and I don't know what faction is trying to create the ScoutBiker. I dont even have Black templars in my current save

This happened on 3 other saves. It always happens on those games particular end turns so it has to be another faction right?
But which one would attempt to create BlackTemplars.

So for anyone who seen my last article I did fix the mod and saves but now every so often I get a new crash while playing the game. it seems relatively simple but I've looked all through my mod and I cant fix it no matter what I change. Infact I had to change the original values from BlackTeplars to SpaceMarines to even make it work. keep crashing and saying this

and the about it failing :)
