Mod Request: Ability to turn Nav lights on/off

I know Uboats didn't run Nav lights away from friendly ports but for the sake of immersion and wanting total control it'd be nice to be able to turn them on/off anywhere.

Greetings,

The last update was listed as those lights would be "automatic", only on in friendly ports or when near friendly ships.

BUT, some players have mentioned that the nav lights are staying on.
